Lead times
 

We will need to get a couple of single beds, for the spare room, almost as soon as we move in. What are lead times like in Spain? Last time we bought in Uk it was 6 weeks!

Also anyone know of a place to get beds at a reasonable price, bearing in mind they won't be getting heavy use?

We will be living near Tolox.

Look for a local Ikea - I seem to recall there's one not too far away. They will have beds in stock that can be taken away with you.

Ikea's a good idea, though I'd always have a quick look at local shops first, it's our experience that they're not necessarily more expensive, there's no hassle about paying for delivery, paying up front etc., and I try to put money in the village. Others like Bufalo, a furniture warehouse type place in Velez Malaga must have equivalents elsewhere. If all else fails Ikea beckons!

Ref lead times - well in our village it would be no more than 10 days, from memory, usually sooner.
