Le Campello long term rent or buy??
Hi Guys.
Been to El Campello and seemed a really nice place. My question is this.
Any ideas of a long let for a house with a pool and also average price. Dont mind a few miles away. I did see a caravan site by browns that i didnt manage to get a look at but someone told me can get a static on there for around 9000 euros.
Any advice or pointers welcome.
Kind Regards

We are looking at El Campello for a place to rent at the moment, depending on exactly what you are after rents for a 3 bed villa with pool start around 500 and can go into the thousands.
Most of the ones we are looking at are between 1000 to 1800 a month but we want 4 rooms minimum so I'd say around 1000 to 1200 is the average if you are not being picky, but you can get some for a lot less than that.
I think even if you intend to buy renting first is a good idea so you can properly research what is around, that's what we will be doing anyway.
Not sure I would buy in El Campello though, it will be alright to get settled in but not really what we are after as a long term family home but that's just us, everyone has different ideas about what they want.
No ideas about caravans though, sorry.

The site you are looking at by Browns, is called 'The Colmar'. I can't say that I would recommend it!!
You might like to have a look down in Coveta Fumar. As you turn down off of the 332, on the left is a very helpful estate agent who deals with properties there. I believe his name is Celcio (something like that) and he sorts out all sorts of problems there.
While you're there, go down into 'Coveta' and have lunch at 'The Cheeky Monkey', it's very good!

Re: Le Campello long term rent or buy??
Hi.
Im going back over shortly so il pop in cheeky monkey, sounds fun by the name lol. Went to jet set bar, that's a nice little setting. I just thought that if I bought a static to begin with we could use it as a base for holidays up until we move in 4 years for good.?
Ive seen them under 10k so I thought it may be a cheap start and at least its owned I guess?
Any thoughts
Kindest Regards
