Lawyer recommendation Orba area

Hi can anyone recommend a good lawyer in this area for house purchase, NIE application, wills etc please - I’ve looked on the gov.Uk website but would value a personal recommendation. Many thanks

Yes - http://gandialawyers.com/ Carolina is a fantastic lawyer, speaks perfect English and will work for you... rather than smoothing the sale through for the agent, which is what many of them do. She is based in Gandia, just to the north of you. We have bought several properties, done wills with her etc.

She has told me on more than one occasion, "I recommend you do not buy this property", due either to issues with getting a tourist license or major legal issues with one the property..
No lawyer that is recommended by an agent will every tell you this!
