Whilst I know lawyers love to argue the finer points of the law, having about 30 year experience in interpreting the law (in UK) I believe it would be extremely difficult to support an augment that a 'fart' was 'noxious' (i.e. Harmful; injurious) or that it could affect anyone's 'health.' (It would also seem that some text us missing, where I have inserted two asterisks. Good thing this is not serious) |
