As a non resident I find it annoying that I am charged a hefty fee for using the bank account. I would like to pay my Spanish property bills by using Transferwise, however it seems that paying our non resident tax = form 210 needs to be done via our Sabadell bank and not via something like Transferwise. Has anyone cracked this and if so how?

Have a resident account and received an email from them today dated 8th Nov saying "Descripción: Directiva Europea Servicios Pago(PSD2)" and " Descripción: Servicio de caja por ventanilla" and to check mailbox online. Anyone else get this.?

We've got to do this next year after ditching Sabadell due to excessive charges. We use Transferwise to feed our new N26 account which pays all our direct debits. However, it looks like we will have to pay our non resident tax in cash at the bank as we don't have a digital signature.

You can go to the counter of any Spanish bank and deliver the Tax return together with the amount due. The bank will take the funds and the tax return and will process the payment. They will give you a sealed copy of the tax return to give evidence either of the filing of the tax return and the payment done. You do not need to be client of the bank, since they are obliged to process the payment of any tax payer."

Thank you for the info. I think I will give this a try, using the n26 account for most other payments. Sounds like the way to avoid paying ongoing excessive charges.
