Keyholder service in Oliva, Valencia
Hi,
We've recently bought a property in Oliva (first property abroad) and as we are not going to be renting it out for the time being, we will not have an agent looking after it.
We can't get over much at the moment so to get things fixed/worked on etc is going to be difficult if we don't have anyone nearby with the keys.
I was wondering if anyone knew of a keyholder type service in the local area and/or a cleaning service which is happy to do the occaional service?
Thanks
Katie

I can send you details of our keyholder/cleaner who will also be able to give you details of a local (British) handyman should you need one.
I will not give details of a private individual on the forum but if you post a couple of more times I shall send the details via a private message.
Where have you purchased in Oliva?

Thanks - that would be amazing if you could. My private messaging is saying that users can't private message until they have at least 3 post - but presuming that means I couldn't start the private message - I only joined yesterday so trying to suss it out.
Details of a handyman would be fab too.
We have bought in town - or rather round the back of town off Cami Collado.
Thanks again!
