Judge finds against church
Just heard that a judge on a paedo case has said that the church IS responsible for their priests. They have appealed, they say they are not the priest's employers and are not liable.
Given the way the church hides paedo priests away from the law, and ESPECIALLY the way it does the Paedo Shuffle with priests when their disgusting habits with children in their parishes becomes too much for the parish to bear, I can't see how they can appeal.
