Default Jerez de la Frontera - best neighbourhoods, any advice?

Hello,

We are moving to Jerez de la Frontera at the beginning of November.
I am trying to find a rental in Jerez but have no idea on the good neighbourhoods in the city.

We are a family of three with a young girl, age 8, who will be attending a Spanish school.

Can someone give me some advice?

Thank you!

Jessy

I see that you were going to be living in Portugal from September but now it is Spain from November. Is this due to a change of work commitment or a change of mind? Registering in Spain is a little different from registering in Portugal because you have to have proof of money in a Spanish bank account or proof of an income and also proof of health care.

I am sure a lot of members will give you helpful information.

Hi Rosemary,

It is indeed a change of mind. My husband and I are both freelancers and have decided to go for Andalucia.

Good luck in your research of the area. Ask as many questions as you wish, at some point we were all doing the same and it can be quite daunting.
