The Irony 2....
Off Twitter, ironic!
Frustrated BrexiterJudy called LBC from the Costa del Sol to complain about empty shelves at the O/S British Supermarket. She blames Spain for not letting goods through fast enough
"Theres almost nothing left. The shelves are empty. This rate we'll all end up eating Spanish food" WTF!

Turkeys voting for Christmas!
I hope the get Brexiteers get roasted; they deserve it, if they voted for Brexit!!!
For those expats that didn´t vote for Brexit, they have my utmost sympathy.

Give it a rest, Brexit happened and we are yet to see whether it was the correct decision or not.
I suspect most of the people going back are illegals !

I don't need to wait at all, thank you!
It was quite obviously the wrong decision!

Previously the Brexit discussions caused a lot of problems on the Spain forum so Fred and I instigated additional rules, here is a reminder for members.

Some hypersensitive folk on here, it appears...

Re: The Irony 2....
I agree with you, obviously a bad decision for those of us using freedom of movement to live in the EU or those that were hoping to do so in the future. Those of us who already live here could of course lessen the effects by legalising ones position pre 31 December and benefitting from the WA. All of that said we that live in the EU are one part of the Brexit equation, those living in the UK are another. Having made the decision to leave on the result of the vote, the UK has to now make that decision work. If it fails then it will be our own families and friends living back there that lose out. So I do not personally wish to see it fail. Its done now we have to get on with it.

We’ll know in a few months how bad it was. This new wave of covid is going to be a big nasty one. Europe is closing up as British is easing restrictions and opening its economy again. Too early to say if brexit is a good thing or bad
