Default internet in Jimena de la F

I'm moving to Jimena next month from Portugal. I will rent for 2-3 months before buying. I'm looking for advice:

1. how I can get online whilst I'm renting short-term

2. best options for long-term access once I've moved to my own place

I should mention that I'm a heavy user, including downloading and streaming, and I use it for work at times (exam paper marking) so needs to be reliable.

Best short term option is buy a "Dongle" from one of the major companies, Movistar, Vodafone, Orange/Jazztel. You can normally get a "Pre-Pago" so no need for contract.
The Orange website indicates that 4G is available there but would seriously recommend you try first .

Once established a contract with any other companies will give you similar packages to those you have in Portugal but tend to be more expensive.

I've had dongles in the past - and will probably end up getting one this time. However, as far as I can remember they were quite restricted in terms of hours or download or both, making a dongle less than ideal in my circumstances. Still, it may be the only short-term solution. Thanks for replying.
