"Telefonica" is the national telecommunications company of Spain.

"Telefonica in English" is a private company that hosts their website on easyspace in the UK :D They charge you an up-front fee to 'process your application' i.e. fill in the forms and pop them in the post.

Thanks for pointing out that thread. It's very misleading to have the same name. I hope the real telefonica will have staff speaking English & they shouldn't allow the other company to use its name.
