International (Guadiana) bridge progress?

International (Guadiana) bridge progress?
My wife and I were sat down here at home (UK) on this glorious weather day discussing our options of when to try and get a flight out to Esuri when we both thought - I wonder if the bridge has finished its overhaul? I'm sure it was just over two years ago the scaffold went up in June 2018. I hate driving up those narrowed lanes when a juggernought is coming at me with inches to spare. Too much concentration required !! Is it finished ? or does anyone know when it's due to be finished. One would have thought the work could have progressed quickly during lockdown with almost no traffic.

No. All work has stopped, we assume for August.

It doesn't seem to be particularly busy with traffic on the bridge and most drivers seem to be adhering well to the reduced speed limit, at least when I have been using the bridge.
