does anyone know where I can get an industrial buffing machine from on the costa del sol???

No... but I would have thought your means to find out depends on your language skills. I'd either - (limited Spanish) look round in newspapers & mags for Brits offering cleaning, contact them for suggestions or - (reasonable Spanish or a bit of bottle) walk into an office/shop ask who does their cleaning & contact whoever it is for the name of a supplier.

Ferreteria Industrial probably, big one in Alicante is called Farells & is opposite the coca cola factory.

there is a "maquinal" in Gandia that hires stuff..there might be one in your area
