Carefully with Spanish pirate construction companies, I have been paying for a flat in Malaga (One of the best sites because the weather) for a year, Three days ago The government stopped the building works due to some legal aspect. Now the construction company owners are run-away, so I can't contact them. Where's my money ? where's is my new house ?
I have heard that this things are becoming usual, anybody with the same trouble?

I'll send you a PM with the details, but there is a forum full of people from the Costa del Sol who have had problems with the corruption that takes place there. The CDS has to be the worst place in spain for pirate developers/lawyers/agents, etc. You will find youself in more suitable company there than on this forum.
