I'm so excited
 
and I just can't hide it.......

sold house today, cash deal, no chain, Spain here I come:D

no doubt the panic will set in later:eek:

Thanks for all your good wishes and especially to rugbymatt that was brilliant, still on a high, even though its took all night to get connected to the internet (tiscali). Off to the solicitor in the morning, buyers want to to be in by June, so we hope to move middle of May, Bay of Biscay should be a bit calmer by then I hope. Will keep you updated:D

Hi all!
Had a call from our estate agent today who arranged a viewing for tomorrow afternoon !! Yeah ! Whoopee! :D . She called back 3 minutes later advising that the potential viewer had a change of plans and could not make the appointment now. :blink: Boooo! ???? How can you change your plans in 3 minutes??? :confused: Oh well, thats life. :o

Well things are moving fast here, surveyor came today, no problems. Seems they want us out pdq, expected completion date is 11th May:eek:
