But your point about income.. As long as you have €1000 a month you´ll be fine. Millions of people live in spain on less.
Can you run a car and go out to eat two or three times a month on 1000 euros? Heard you need a lot more than that like 1500-2000. I'm guessing I will need to buy health insurance too.

My Girlfriend and I are "miluristas" (we earn 1000€ a month each) - we have a car each (which we fill with fuel at least 3 or 4 times every month) and probably eat out 8-10 times a month. We pay rent, and have animals. And we can save money each month. because we are working we dont need health insurance.

As a non EU national he will have to prove a personal income of around €2400/mth and €600 for a spouse and the same again for other dependants, plus of course fully inclusive private health insurance.
And your source for these figures is ?

You have an EU passport? Is the country part of the Schengen zone? If so, then you should be able to go to Spain. EU citizens can enter the EU as of June 21.

Getting a flight is another matter. There are some flights available through London, for example.

Yes

I'm not sure that's correct because I'm flying into Spain from banned country (USA) and I do not have residency in Spain. If I were to fly to my "home" EU country that would be okay but I'm not sure I can enter any EU member when flying in from a banned country.
