How Many points do I Need
 

Trying to set up an old avatar I have used for a few years now, Site says I cannot use an animated avatar, But I have notice other users are using similar.
File size is well within spec (11.2 kb). Do I need to accumilate points. If so How many and do you ahve a B.O.G.O.f offer????

I seem to remember a post recently that said that animated avatars would no longer be allowed but that people who already had them could keep them.

JDR will correct me if I am wrong in which case, my apologies.

Beachcomber is right, since the upgrade to try and help the loading of the site for people with slow internet access animated avatars would be limited to those that already had them.
Saying that, if you want one you could always become a Premium member for a small charge and help the running costs of one of the best websites ever and receive extras as listed HERE. ;-)

What if i was typing a post and said something like , i think Englebert Humperdink knew how to sing and was better than Max Bygraves !! Then some poster butted in and said NO WAY which then caused me to realitate by saying something like . YEA is so !!! and they said Does NOT !! This then escalated into a major row bringing in such personal things as , who is the best interior decorator and stuff ? Which then resulted in Sue having to step in and BAN one of us ?

If i was banned is the money reimbursed ? :lol:

No, I`m afraid it goes to the "mods holiday in Mexico in a five star hotel for five or six weeks fund" lol

Surely a ban would be immaterial anyway because people who talk in this way get sectioned.
