Hopefully I shall be an owner of a new build home shortly.I did this some 15 years ago but maybe the Administrator had already been appointed by the time I moved in.This time I shall be one of only the first 4 new buyers & I was told that we shall have to set up a Communidad & appoint an Administrator ourselves.Can anyone give me more details as to how to approach this & how long this may take.At present there is pre installed Spanish TV access but I shall want to access British language TV via a big dish on the communal roof as I have had previously.I do not want Internet/TV access which involves a contract as I prefer to pay up front a one off payment.Will I need to ask permission for this installation from the new Administration or can I go ahead immediately once I have moved in ?I understand that it only requires 2 or more new owners to start the proceedings.
