I was totally horrified when I read the story and saw the photograph, what a cowardly thing to do to a poor defensless dog. The dog looked so sweet despite it's wounds, I really hope that the courts show NO leniency to the owner and give him the maximun sentence, and I also hope that all his neighbours are animal lovers who know exactly what he has done, and can treat him as he should be treated.
