We have our first house viewing at 12:30 today..... fingers crossed..
potentials buyers are on their way down from surrey, should be with us at about 12:30....lets hope it goes well..

I used to ride my horse on Canford Heath! I lived in Bearwood at the time! Many many moons ago... when I was about 12! :rofl:

well they have now been and gone.. very nice couple ,about our age ,they want to get out of the hustle and bustle of london life,(he works in the city)
they seemed to like the house , so we will have to wait and see...

i lived on the heath too for two years at charlbury close off sherborne crescentbefore moving to pikey parkstone .Happy Days spent at the monkey house on ashley rd and also many a beer at the haymoor and the fighter pilot .Top place poole .Good luck on yer sale
