House Purchase - Property Solicitor
We are planning to move to the Gandia area soon. We have found a house that we would like to put an offer on.
Can anyone recommend a property solicitor that could help with the purchase process (survey, due diligence, negotiation, legal etc) as well as helping with our NIE and bank accounts? Also, what type of legal fees should we expect to pay? |

I can personally recommend Pellicer & Heredia - they have several offices up and down the coast and speak English. They have acted for me over the last 15 years including property purchases.
