Just to complete the circle of questions, you're looking to exchange for one? Either? Both? UK properties? (clearly valuation-dependent, just wondered if you're looking at all possibilities?!)

this is in a place called westbury park, clayton, staffordshire. in immaculate condition and again with very large gardens. if there is any thing else you would like to know just let me know.
why don't you put them in the classified section for sale or exchange?

http://britishexpats.com/classifieds/

you can put a link to them as a sig which appears on every post & then just join in with threads & have some fun maybe, while still having an 'ad' on your posts

Hi, You mayhave already received this message, but as I have only just joined, I am not too sure what I am doing. However, I would be interested in BOTH your properties if you are still interested in exchanging. We have a very large 6bedroom villa (4 beds 2 baths large lounge/diner kitchen and utility room upstairs - 2 bed Kit/diner bathroom and very large games room downstairs) many more details available if you require. Our villa was originally valued at 420,000 euros But is now on the market at 380,000 ono euros. Cash adjustment as required.

hi beardy len. i think i had already swapped one house, that is the more expensive one, so i only have the one priced at £130.000 now. if things fall through for any reason though, i will get in touch with you. a good place to register for a swap with a house in england is www.internationalpropertyswap.com

it's a great site. it costs £30 to join, but there are a lot of houses on there for swapping, some of which are in your higher price range. you can have a look at the houses available before you pay you money to join. hope that helps.
