House Auctions in Spain and house values.
Great piece on the Front page about house auctions in Spain but I was wondering does anyone know if there is a list somewhere online of which houses have been repossessed and by which bank they were repossessed. My bank says they only know of houses they have repossessed but they have a vested interested in me not finding out about others!
Also is there any kind of right move site over here where you can find out how much was paid for a property. I realise this will not include any black money paid but its nice to know how much other houses in the immediate area have sold for. If there is no "right move" site, is there a land registry type place where I can purchase, for a nominal amount a copy of deeds to see how much a property is listed as sold for. Thank all in anticipation. |
Re: House Auctions in Spain and house values.
You could just goggle subastas on the es site or pop in to other banks, I think any bank will give you their current list of subastas, they are over loaded with them, so I am told, also talking to people locally to the area could turn up some desperate sales, bad for others but good for others Lol !

Tere are no bargains with the banks, they are totally unrealistic prices. Maybe next year.
