Hi All, after a bit of advice please. We have formally made the application for our holiday let to be registered as per the new law in Andalucia. We have now been asked, after submitting the form with all the various attachments requested, for a License of First Occupation or a Cedula de Habitabilidad. Our house is approx 60 years old and does not have License of First Occupation, but is fully legal. Therefore we need the Cedula de Habitabilidad, does anyone know how we get this document? Thanks in anticipation.

Basically you ask your town hall which is responsible for issuing them.
Once you get a reply, then we can talk some more......but don't expect it to be "a given"....
