A pint of IPA for 99p sounds rather good. Now, if only they'd give a free plate of olives or canapes of jamon with that!!!

some pub rent wich where 2000 per month are now droped to 250 per week any one been in Ireland , fack me pink , 5 euros is the price of a pint of beer

I wonder if Wetherspoon are going to put a lot of the competition (who are selling beer at over £3 a pint) out of business by this. It'd be interesting to see total number of pubs in the UK over the last couple of years - the quantity has to be a lot lower now.

Cheaper than Spanish bars here - 2.50 euro a pinta
