Help - Sky Plus Problem

I recorded a programme last night and it has stuck on the recording and is still showing 24 hrs later as recording. Unfortunately this means I cannot record anything else. Cannot seem to clear it. Anyone any idea please?

yeah turning it off usually works wonders
