HELP PLEASE
 

Please I really need helpÂ

I live in Madrid and I want to renew my british passport. I have been trying to do it online but when I reach the payment section they ask me for the "Postcode of the UK statement address" and I don't know what that is. Does anybody know what that is? It is driving me insane!  I am stuck I need help please!

If you're in Madrid, why not just go to the Embassy and get them to help you fill it out?....I did.

I have both, even if the UK address is my sister's house, useful for when I order things from people who only deliver to the UK and she repackages and sends to me.

This comes about from years of having things rejected when trying to use the BFPO system, although that is much better now since Amazon embraced the forces system

Passport system is in a mess.

My son and grandchild lost their holiday as passports never arrived in time despite plenty of time allowed. No one can actually speak to the passport office all handled by a call centre. In the end involved the Minister for Passports Office and it was immediately fasttracked and received in three days. Suggest you pay the extra for fasttracking at the outset unless you have months before you will need it or as someone says go to Madrid.

The postcode will be the postcode of your UK bank account.
