Help needed from Spanish speaker
 

Hello,
I know this is maybe a bit cheeky, but we are looking for someone who speaks good Spanish to phone a telephone number in order to find out how much a piece of land is which is next to a piece of land we have inherited.
We are just trying to find out how much land goes for in that region which is about 5km west of Coin. The land is rustic and is approx 3 Ha (7.5 acres, 30,000m2). The plot next to ours has a se vende sign and a telephone No. which we phoned but the person didn't speak any english and we cannot speak Spanish.
Just need to know the area of the plot of land that is for sale and how much. Plus a plot No. if available.
If there are any helpful kind people out there please pm me for the phone No. to phone.

Or if anyone knows the price range for rustic land west of Coin let me know, it is about 100 metres off the C366 Coin to Tolox road, near the Guaro road junction. it is on the side of a hill which is quite steep, but could grow olive trees or lemon trees there. It has access via a small rough track.

You refer to a plot ... can you build on rustic land, or wasn't that the intention
