Help with computer please.

Since getting a new computer I'm having problems getting onto some websites, the page never loads and all I get is a white screen you can see the page is trying to load but it never happens.
Never had this problem with the old computer which was XP. (new computer Vista)I have tried on explorer and firefox. Any idea what is preventing these websites from loading? Is it a Vista problem or could it have anything to do with Telefonica?

To get to THOSE websites, you first have to click on:
"Yes, I am over 18"

Are you able to pick up e-mail? If not, are you connecting through a through a router? If so try switching it off for 10 seconds

It might also be a security setting in Windows Firwall.

Hope his helps
