Hello from Tarragona
I signed up a little while ago and forgot about it. Thought I'd say hello and introduce myself a little.
I'm originally from Brighton (Hove actually) and lived in Tunbridge Wells (Tonbridge actually). I now live with my Swiss girlfriend and her family in Tarragona province. I've been here for 4 years now living in an mix of languages: Tu voudrais some patatas fritas? :D Adam B. |

Hi folks,
Yeah I just joined up recently as well. I have a place in Altea - Altea Hills to be precise and have been there since 2002. I live in Switzerland and spend some time of the year in Altea. 'Hope I can contribute something useful to the forum from time to time ! Cheers. |

Re: Hello from Tarragona
So we're all overlooking the Med! My place is inland from Tarragona, in a valley in the Prades. I've got quite a view out over Tarragona and the Med.
Distressed, I've been down near Tortosa once, maybe Amposta, picking up hens from someone once. Love the Ebre Delta, beautiful place. Wish I'd had more time to walk around it a bit. Houdini, Altea? I think my dad said he'd been there. Where abouts in Switzerland do you live. I live with Genevans. |

I live in Fribourg, in the canton Fribourg. An hour and a bit north of Genève. So I'm suisse romande like your family.
You'd probably speak well in any language with my girlfriend and her family, speaking Spanish, French and English! (with a bit of German and Catalan for good measure lol) |

Thought I recognised you name. I haven't been back there, just cos nothing much was happening, unlike here. But wild horses? It's that bad?

Hi I'm also British with a Swiss boyfriend, I've been living in Bienne for 23 years and finally finally leaving to come and live near Tarragona in Arens de lledo (next to Horta st joan) I'm a little nervous as I don't really speak spanish but decided to go without my boyfriend to make sure I learn it and not rely on him..

We're opening a campsite next year and I CAN'T WAIT bye dorraine Good luck with your move. Hope it goes well. Just looked at a map and Arens de Lledó looks like a nice place to have a campsite, inland from Delta De L'Ebre and near a national park! Good luck with that too. |

Re: Hello from Tarragona
Hello from Australia.
We are an Indo-German couple planning to buy something in your area. Found some great deal for around 50k old finca's really run down, which will need alot of work. We plan to work on the old houses and make it livable in few years. An old rundown house without water or elericity with hectors of olive farms? Does this price sound okay? How is Tivissa area and tortosa area? Any tips will be great thanks! |
