Hello I am trying to find costs for private health insurance if we move / retire to Spain . We both have pre excisting medical conditions. Other than holiday insurance / EHIC/ were not retied offically for another 8 yrs does anyone know of companies that would cover us

It can be horrendously expensive depending on what medical conditions you have and the level of cover you require.

We found Adeslas cheaper than both BUPA and Sanitas and good geographic coverage :
