And on the good side, i had left a bag of spuds in the cupboard under the sink a month ago and I've have been panicking about stinking all the neighbours out but he said they are fine and there is no smell

So glad he/they have arrived safely...........at last!
Bet you'll ALL have the best night's sleep you've had for a while tonight, eh?

Isn't it funny - the things we worry about at times of great stress.....spuds!! :D

Will look forward to hearing how things are going out there. Hope they'll have it all ready for when you arrive next week.

Not long to go now!! :)

Glad he got there OK, at least the knows he doesnt have to go back :)
Well might if he wants to sell the car back in the UK but then he could always get it shipped.

Keep an eye on the forum because i'll be posting details of my journey which is the same one except im doing it completely on my own.

When you see him, can you ask him how one can entertain themselveson the pride of bilbao for me will you ? :)

Re: He has arrived!

Only 4 more days for me, i really should think about getting organised instead of me and my daughter sitting here in our pajamas drinking tea
Onlineamiga, i'll ask him about the boat when i see him, although i do know he went in the casino, (is it a proper casino or was he winding me up ;) )
Big wheels, your sausage story has made me feel much better about me and my potatoes, i dread to think what you came back to
Sunlover, he didnt say much about the journey, other than he wouldnt want to do it again, but from the little updates he was giving me all the way through i'm sure other people wont be as unlucky as him!
