You can't blame them and Argentina was and is a total mess. Best example would be a City like Comodoro Rivadavia and who would want to live here. Unfortunately the problems are shifting again and in 30-50 years nothing left in Europe either.

Argentina is a lovely land and people but they are not very good at running the country
