I think its the same all over Spain, the drains cant take the water and the land is so dry it takes a while to soak away. The roads downhill through our urbanization have salmon swimming up them ;-)

All I can say is I'm glad I dont live in the area where the water runs to, we've a new commercial centre being built a couple of KM away, and when there is heavy rain the road disappears under about 6" of water, and the water spreads to the front of the commercial centre to be.

Whats all those funny numbers with F beside them ? lol. didn`t the UK go metric in 73 ?

Thats why the forcasts better .... the forcast's better for everything in the States, didn't you know? :-))
