Default Telephones & other products for the profoundly deaf

Does anyone have experience of having to buy induction loop phone equipment (integral inductive coupler was the phrase used)? A facebook contact is trying to help source in Spain thusfar without success. UK fine, here not so easy.

www.gaes.es should be able to help, when I used them to get hearing tests and aids there were very helpful, they also had a number of products such as phones etc. All the ones I met were able to understand and speak English.
