Golf Course / Hotel Sale
Hi.
Is there any news on the sale of the golf course(s) and the Hotel? It's all gone very quiet and I can't see anything online.
I had some friends staying in Esuri a few weeks ago, and they were very disappointed in the condition of the course. "Goat track" were the words used, I hope they were exaggerating! Although I have heard from several golfers that the course is not in good nick.
If the course has not been sold, are the current managers paying a rental to anyone or just skimming the profits into their own pockets, as per the last 10 years?
Thanks for any update, hopefully someone will have some good news that could push house prices up!

Any news about the hotel, golf club/course, new resto's etc would 'hit the press' and be absolutely headline news. We would hear straight away and all would be buzzing.
Unfortunately the old adage "no news is good news" doesn't apply here.
So we sadly wait as ever, and watch this space.
