Thanks guesswork for the reply.

Good news that it's improving all the time. I'm over in a couple of weeks so will hopefully get chance for a game.

The golf club is open to everyone. The Quiz night is each Friday. They are in the process of building Kids play area at the golf club. They only have Canal+ but there are generally Live Premiership Football on down the channel list

Carolinas Bar in Laguna Sq has live sport on TV and they have had the Rugby on, but it depends on what they have advertised as showing

I heard a rumour from someone with connections with the Town Hall that the Waterpark is starting building in the next few weeks but there has been an objection from someone about a view. So your guess is as good as anyones

Don't forget the BINGO organised by CERA tonight and every 1st Saturday at 19.30 probably three games of two cards followed by a tapas buffet table at €7 last month the food was excellent and good fun was had by all.

This really should be added to Ramon's new jokes thread on the Ayamonte forum.
Imagine complaining about the view towards the waterpark, especially with the carcass of what remains of the hotel.:sarcasm:

A'h but if you had one of the few houses up on the ridge with great views of the bridge and Portugal it would stick out like a sore thumb in the foreground.

I meant the private self builds on the way into Ayamonte some have been there a lot longer than Costa Esuri/Fadesa and probably have pull at the town hall.

Thats why I bought front line to a golf fairway they can't build on there can they? All bets are off with the new arrangements!

I heard a rumour (though at CE there are SO MANY of them)... that they would use Golf2 for a solar panel farm.

In which case we'll go down one night with a long extension cable to get power into your house :)

Only free if you nick it, before it gets to the grid! We'll bring a slightly longer extension lead and wire you up one dark cloudy night :)
