Now with all the spare cash you have swishing about down there you could put a club side together to give Real and Barca a run for their money,........ though expect the border to be closed for 6 months at a time if you ever beat them.

"UEFA president Michel Platini declared a "vast majority" of nations voted in favour of Gibraltar joining and also confirmed that they would be kept apart from Spain in the qualifying draw for Euro 2016."

We must hope and pray Gibraltar don't meet Spain in the Final. They can only be kept apart for so long.

Reminds me of a football story if you're interested. Not sure if it's true or not.

Bloke rang up Ladbrokes asking for odds on him playing for Manchester United in the future. A large bet was in the offing, so Ladbrokes took his name and told him they would ring him back.

The Ladbrokes research team went into action and searched for his name on all the team sheets for all the professional and amateur sides in Britain and around the world as far as possible. Finding nothing, they gave him some astronomical odds.

The man's name was Michael Knighton, and he just missed out on buying United for £20 Million.
