It would appear that Gib should receive it's first batch of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine before Christmas. Sufficient to treat 20% of the population.

That poor woman you refer to was born in Iran in 1978 and spent the first 28 years of her life there. She came to the UK to further her education. She became a dual citizen of the U.K. and Iran in 2013.

The UK Government has confirmed it will provide a loan guarantee enabling the Gibraltar Government to borrow up to £500m at favourable sovereign rates, giving the Rock additional financial firepower at a time when its economy has been hit hard by the Covid-19 public health crisis.
The guarantee, which follows months of negotiation and detailed work here and in London, was confirmed in a written statement by Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab in the House of Commons on Thursday.
It represents staunch support from the UK for Gibraltar that is unprecedented in modern times.
Mr Raab said Covid-19 had impacted 60% of Gibraltar’s economy and, coupled to Gibraltar’s financial assistance measures to the private sector, had put “a significant strain” on the Government of Gibraltar’s finances.
When Chief Minister Fabian Picardo sought support earlier this year from the UK as sovereign power, the UK Government agreed to provide the guarantee for borrowing of up to £500m.

The Gibraltar Government has announced all Royal Gibraltar Post Office vehicles have been replaced with new zero emission vehicles, making this the first public Postal Service in the world to have a fully electric fleet of delivery vehicles.

I would be surprised if Spain does not demand sovereignty of Gibraltar in exchange for a favourable trade deal.

11th December 2020The first Wizz Air flight from London Luton landed on the Rock Friday evening, six weeks after the new service was announced.
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic hitting airlines around the globe, Wizz Air UK, the group’s British airline, is expanding its network and offering flights twice a week from Luton to Gibraltar.

Spain and UK agree deal to keep Gibraltar land border open (msn.com)
if I were in charge I would have returned Gibraltar to Spain a long time ago. It made sense when London controlled India and wanted bases on route to that source of wealth. It makes no sense in 2021.
