you can check by the minute on their cameras and there is a phone number to call to hear the expected queueing time...

Lately it has not been too bad although last Monday and Wednesday there were exit queues of up to 2 hours in the evening.

Arrive after 9 and leave before 5 appears to be the best advice at the moment.
But be aware that the situation can change rapidly.
