GIAHSA water bill
 

Hi can anybody explain how the GIAHSA water bill is calculated? A friend of mine has told me that if you are not registered with GIAHSA as a resident that the cost of water is higher.
Looking at the back of the bill there a section of three blocks which show figures that go to make up the total bill, I would be grateful if anyone can shed light on this issue for me.

You're allowed 3m³ per person registered on the padron at a cheaper rate (Bloque 1), then the rest of the water consumed is at a more expensive rate (Bloque 2). So if nobody is on the padron or the company don't know who's on the padron (maybe you'll have to send them an up-to-date copy or give them permission to check it), everything's going to be billed in Bloque 2.

Thanks for your help, I get it now! We are only getting 3m at the moment although there are two of us here.
I will update our details with GIAHSA and hopefully save a bit of money.
