Smile Furnished or unfurnished

Hi. We intend renting an apartment/flat. What would be the best area to rent in for a budget of around 400 euros and would it be best to rent furnished or unfurnished. We intend selling up everything before we move out.
Thanks Bryan

Most apartments are rented out furnished in Spain, however it would be very helpful to have, at least, some idea of the area you want to move to, in some parts of Spain you would get a really nice place for that budget, in others you would struggle.

Just looked back at your other posts and you say Benidorm area, look at renting just outside Benidorm itself, places like Albir, Altea etc, you should get something nice for that budget

Thanks Mikelincs. As long as we are in striking distance of Beni by bus or taxi we don't really mind. Neither of us do hills or steps so would need somewhere flat. Winter temps are important too. We want to escape the cold weather.
Thanks
Bryan

Albir and Benidorm have an excellent bus service and it only costs 1.50 euros each way.

You should find a apartment within the Benidorm area for €400 but it's likely it will be a small 1 bedroom.

As mikelincs has said, Albir, Alfaz, La Nucia, la cala or Finestrat are nice areas and as Rosemary has said, only €1.50 each bus fare into Benidorm.

Many Spanish properties are not well insulated. The difference in temperature after the sun goes down can make it seem VERY cold during winter.
