I''m not private, so I use the local health centre in Torrequabrada, west Benalmadena. The doctors I've seen there speak a bit of English - certainly enough for me to convey whats wrong and for them to explain how cure it. Probably the Xanit Hospital would be the place to ask???

There are lots of private clinics about, but I would never recommend one as who knows what qualifications they have, bit like the alleged dentists. 
As Jo says you are safer asking at the hospital.
