FSCS £85,000
I have just recieved a letter from one of my banks informing me that as from 1/1/2016 the the Financial Services Compensation Scheme is lowering the amount protected from £85,000 to £75,000

It's been in the papers, on radio/tv for some time . I got my letter a few days ago.no problem as no longer have £75K! Here the equivalent compensation is 500,000 pesos - about £7.5K!
