Anyone been this year? I am going soon & was after a recommendation for eating, beaches etc. Been before & found them all really nice but looking for different ideas.

Thanks in advance

Re: Formentera

We live close by. I would recommend the Italian Restaraunts in Bennijofa and Rojales. The beaches at Guadamar, Santa Pola and San Javier are well worth a visit. You can watch the boats come and go at Guardamar marina. The Safari Park @ Elche is good, but go early. There is a nice water park at Ciudad Quesada. Where there is a shop where you can hire bicycles to explore. The owner will give you route cards for the many cycle lanes or you could join one of their regular group ride outs. If you venture inland to the Sierra Nevada you could enjoy a BBQ and there is a restaraunt where you can eat wild boar.

Shame you did not visit last weekend when the fiesta was on.

Enjoy your holiday
