Form 790 help - Criminal Record request
 

Hi,

I was living in Spain for 2 years and now i am back in England. In order to get my SC at work, i need to request a copy of my criminal record from the Spanish Authorities, by filling the 790 and post it.

Has anybody done something similar (to request it while in UK) to help me with the process? I am kind of lost. What else has to included along with the completed form?

Isn't form 790 just the payment form (for a number of issues)?. That is, it isn't specifically to do with a security check.

We had to fill in a separate form but I can't recall the number of it.

Have you checked on CAB Spain to see if they have details?

You are absolutely right, it is a standard form to pay government fees. What the writer needs is to apply for a "Certificado de Antecedentes criminales" which can be requested online if an individual has the appropriate access ..From the UK possible to get it done via legal representative otherwise , if unable to access web, needs to visit a specific regional office of the Ministry of Justice. Maybe it can be done through the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in the UK
