Foreign prescriptions - validity

Hi all, hope someone can provide an answer to this one.

We are due to come over to Spain in a couple of weeks time in an RV whilst house hunting and may be parked up for several months at a camp site. My wife has a French prescription for life saving drugs (heart condition). My questions are:

a) can she still use this prescription to obtain these drugs whilst we are staying in Spain?
b) if not, how can she go about getting the drugs she needs over there as we would not have a Spainsh address and not be resident etc?

Kind Regards, Mike L

Can you not get an extended supply in France from your doctor for the trip ?
Most drugs can be bought over the counter in Spain, but it may be expensive to do it this way.
