florida to spain
Hi everyone,
We are planning a move back to europe (spain) from florida.
The visa situation is proving to much hassle and the possibility of a green card is like winning the lottery jackpot twice in a week!!
We like the idea of Moraira Javea Denia or round that area,we have a 17 year old young lady and a 20 year old young man .Does anyone know if there are a good number of brit youngsters of that age in this area.
They will also be looking for work as will we.
(SNIP)
Thanks.

That area has a lot of Brit expats around, although the work situation around here is not good at the moment, especially if you dont speak Spanish

Thanks for the comments,
we are all learning the language now via rosetta stone although i spent a year living in Barcelona in 84/85 so i understand quite a bit.
When you say people are moving away because of the no work situation is it mainly employed or self employed brits?
Thank you.

Re: florida to spain
echo whats already been said....not just expats suffering and fidning it hard to find work in Spain, the Spaniards are finding it just as hard, so if its hard for them.............. prob not the greatest time to be making the move
