First month rental without agency in Asturias-Oviedo region
 

Hi
Am not sure whether we'll be staying in Oviedo or even Asturias but would like to give it a try by renting a flat or house for the first month of our stay without having to go through estate agents and having to pay subsequent agency fees. I have read that one HAS to have a NIE in order to rent a flat in Spain but what if I want to rent from a private person? What online sites or what newspapers to look for monthly and short-term rentals that won't require agencies nor a NIE. Thanks.
