fed up with birmingham - off to spain ?
 

this is a huge question and i know there are many answers, but, i would welcome your opinions as i know very little, my sister lived in spain and was very happy there, she didnt speak spanish, and survived ok, so...I am a computer engineer and fix domestic pc,'s so where would be best place to go
where is the greatest concentration of ex-pats that might have need of my services ?
My partner is also in I.T but she is more into networking and management
